I started as a content writer, taught myself SEO, and have spent the last 2+ years doing technical, on-page and local SEO for local businesses in the UK and US, including real estate.

I search Google for 3 seller or landlord terms in the town you name (for example estate agents in Leeds, house valuation Leeds, letting agents Leeds), show where you appear against local competitors, and give you 3 fixes you can make yourself. It arrives within 2 working days. No call, no obligation.
Can an independent agency compete with Rightmove, Zoopla or Zillow?
Not for buyer searches, and you do not need to. The opportunity is in searches for an agent or a valuation, and in the map results, where portals usually do not appear. How much room you have depends on your town and competitors, which the snapshot shows.
You are based in Bangladesh. How does that work for a UK or US agency?
Everything is remote: email, shared Google Sheets, recorded video walkthroughs and calls when you need them. I work UK business hours, reply within 24 hours on weekdays, and invoice in GBP, USD or EUR.
